Sr. Service Technician
Position Type: Full Time
Method of Pay: Hourly
Position Description:
- Complete all scheduled residential service calls relating to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and all household appliances in an efficient manner.
- Order, receive or pick-up parts and install parts for appliances and household utility systems.
- Complete service call paperwork.
- Properly charge and collect funds from customers.
- Communicate to the office as work is completed and update appointments.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, parts inventories and uniforms.
- Comply with all governmental regulations concerning appliance repair, including but not limited to: CFC recovery and CFC certifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of HVAC repair.
- 1 + year of household appliance repair as a full line tech (i.e. working on washers, dryers, refrigerators, disposals, dishwashers etc.).
- Mechanical and electrical background.
- Excellent trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills (email, word, excel, internet browsing etc).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to excel and advance within the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Formal appliance repair training and refrigeration certification.
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and own reliable transportation.
- Available to work approximately 40 hours Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm and one weekend a month of on call duty. Overtime as scheduled.
- Must be willing to take a drug screening test.

Account Representative
Position Type: Full Time (40 hours per week).
Method of Pay: Base Salary + Commission.
Position Description:
This business professional will be required to establish and maintain all aspects of customer accounts including the following:
- Generate new customer leads and business relationships by cold call potential clients to expand client base.
- Schedule presentation appointments and perform presentations at various locations.
- Assisting in the development of marketing plans and strategies.
- Perform customer service functions such as answering customer calls, assisting in service dispatching and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience. Real Estate related industry preferred, but not required.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong presentation skills in front of groups ranging from 5 to 50 people.
- Skillful negotiation, aggressive follow-up and closing skills.
- Desire to find and build new business relationships.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Desire to excel and advance within the organization.
- Basic computer skills (email, word, excel, internet browsing etc).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and own reliable transportation.
